The Dependent Eligibility Verification Period administered by Budco Health Service Solutions has ended.  If Budco did not receive documentation to verify the eligibility of your dependent(s) you must submit the required documents directly to the NYS Department of Civil Service.

• If you recently submitted documents to Budco to verify the eligibility of your dependent(s) you will receive a letter within two weeks confirming the status of your dependent(s) as either eligible or ineligible.  Please wait two weeks before taking further action.

• If you have not yet submitted documents or you received a letter from Budco stating that your dependent(s) are ineligible, click here.
