Teaching Positions
- Teachers with Teaching Specialty
- New York State certification in each specialty for which you apply; e.g., Art, English or Special Education required
- Bilingual Education Teachers
- New York State certification for the appropriate specialty AND an extension of the certificate for the appropriate specialty to teach that specialty bilingually or a statement of continued eligibility to teach that specialty bilingually required
- Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages
- New York State certification as a Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages OR permanent/professional New York State certification in any subject area with a statement of continued eligibility to teach English to speakers of other languages required
